About University of Strathclyde International Study Centre
The University of Strathclyde International Study Centre (ISC) is a pathway centre run by Study Group in partnership with the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland. It prepares international students who do not yet meet direct entry requirements for Strathclyde degrees. The centre is based in the Graham Hills Building at 50 George Street, on the university's city-centre campus. It offers an Undergraduate Foundation Programme in Business and Social Sciences or Engineering and Sciences, which leads into the second year of a four-year Scottish honours degree. International Year Two in Business or Computer Science leads into year three of a four-year degree, or year two of the three-year accelerated BBA. Two-term Pre-Masters and 12-week Accelerated Pre-Masters programmes lead to more than 130 and more than 40 Strathclyde master's degrees respectively. In 2025, 97% of Foundation completers and 96% of International Year Two and Pre-Masters completers were offered progression to a Strathclyde degree. ISC students use university facilities such as the library, Strathclyde Sport and the Students' Union. Students who progress with 60% receive automatic Strathclyde progression scholarships each year.
