About Academy of Interactive Entertainment
The Academy of Interactive Entertainment (AIE) was founded in 1996 as the first not-for-profit vocational school in the world to offer specialist courses in digital games and animation. It is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 88021) regulated by ASQA and is approved for international students under CRICOS code 02406F. AIE teaches game development, game art, game programming, 3D animation and visual effects through nationally accredited diplomas and advanced diplomas, and its sister provider AIE Institute (TEQSA PRV14333) offers a Bachelor of Game Development. Teachers come from industry and students learn in simulated studio settings.
